While I was working in one of the UK’s phone stores, a lot of the older generation tend to shy away from getting smart phones that goes beyond their traditional reasoning or way of life. What the book did very well is show users in both textual and graphical format ways in which they can maximise the use of their smart phones, it  is obviously not aimed at the tech savvy who can simply google any issues they have, it is aimed at users who would love to use a smart phone but are scared to use it in case they break it or can even get it to make phone calls.  Any jargons in the book were explained in layman’s terms also which is vital to the book’s purpose.
