Proporta Stephenson Satchel Review

There are tons of laptop bags available out there and how you decide on which one to buy can vary but the important things are the size, design and functionality. Now Satchels on the other and is something totally different, they have been around for a while and can be seen as fashion icons, but not until now have we seen its integration as a tech accessory.

The Proporta Stephenson Satchel is not just a satchel that will carry up to 15inch Laptop but it also has a detachable iPad Air case on the front; it allows you to easily attach your iPad and detach it without the need to take your laptop out first. It is also spacious enough to fit in your chargers and documents neatly.

The bag itself is made from leather, and the version we have the is brown version with a should strap. It lacks a carry handle unfortunately but a satchel of its kind would be well suited over your shoulder but then again it doesn’t have a shoulder pad which is understandable but you will pay the price when carrying a big laptop and iPad for long period of time. It also has a feed through area for passing through your cables in case you have a battery pack in the main compartment.

It is stylish and comes in blue too, with constant use for weeks, I can’t help but think it is more of a bag that is used when you need to have something fashionable but functional at the same time rather than an everyday bag as it would become uncomfortable to have over your shoulder every day. It is also quite durable although the safety aspect is questionable because there are no zip over the main compartment, it is secured by two magnetic studs which can come lose easily if you have a full bag.
