After all the speculations, rumours and leaks, Nokia can no longer keep their new handset behind closed doors as they announce the new Nokia Lumia 925. Â The new Nokia has some meaty camera features that gives it the potential of been the best camera smart phone out this year. Â It will not only compete with the Samsung Galaxy S4’s 13 MP camera but will also compete with HTC One’s Ultrapixels known for its low light imaging capabilities.
Announced at the Victoria House in London, the most anticipated Nokia Handset yet to join the Lumia range is a little slicker than the current flagship device. It takes some design resemblance from the Lumia 920, but Nokia still spots polycarbonate body unlike the HTC One, but they have added a metal rim wrap around the plastic body.
Nokia has also gone back to using Amoled display using Nokia clear back technology; it is not full HD like we see on the S4, HTC One or the Xperia Z. Â It has wireless charging just like the Lumia 920 but now with a super slim snap on wireless charging back cover also allowing you to change to variety of colours.
Nokia Smart Camera uses the 8.7 MP PureView camera with Optical Image Stabilisation and comes with some cool features like “Best Shot” letting you selecte the best shot amongst arrays of photos taken.  Motion blur, just like name suggests blurs out the background, isolating the subject.  There are 5 editing modes in total.
The Lumia 925 will come shipped with an app called hipstamatic that allows Windows Phone users to take pictures and share it via all major social networks and it includes Instagram.
Nokia Lumia “Amber†update releasing in July with Smart Camera Lens & FM Radio Support. The Amber update will bring the new Smart Camera lens which we revealed a few weeks ago, along with enabling support for FM Radio on all of the Lumia devices except for the Lumia 620.
