The Sony Xperia Z1 is all but confirmed for a IFA release, with enough photo and specs sheet leaks to detail every feature on the device. However, the Mini version of this phone has only been rumoured, with this new blurry photo sharing a little bit of light.
Alongside the BlackBerry Q10 for some odd reason, the Xperia Z1 Mini stacks up a little smaller than the qwerty keyboard smartphone running BB10. It looks like the Xperia Z1 Mini may have a 4.3-inch screen, a lot smaller than the 5.2-inch screen coming on the Xperia Z1.
One of the best things about the Xperia Z1 Mini is it will apparently have the same camera and internal specs as its larger brother, making it one of the best performing phones in its display range.
The feature missing from this leak is the designated power and camera button we have come to expect from the Xperia series. The photo is very blurry and the only indication of it being the Xperia Z1 Mini is the big Sony logo and the fact it is larger than any other rumoured smartphones from the Japanese company.
It may turn out to be another smartphone, but it does look sleek and if Sony can pack all the goodness into a 4.3-inch size it would be perfect for Android, currently saturated with 5-inch smartphones.
