Haier Competition Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promoter is Haier UK, One Crown Square, Church Street East Woking, Surrey, UK GU21 6HR.
2. The Promotion will award one individual person with a Haier Wine Cooler.
3. Employees of Haier or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to
   set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
4. Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. To enter the competition you must: –
   1) Follow @HaierUK Instagram account
   2) Follow @GadgetsBoy Instagram account
   3) Tag 2 friends in the comments
   4) Use the hashtag #HaierConnected
   5) This comment is to be posted on the corresponding Haier UK Instagram (@haieruk) or the Gadgets Boy
   Instagram post (@gadgetsboy) post on Friday 14th May 2021. Entries on other posts will not be counted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for nominations not received for whatever reason.
8. Only one entry per person per day
9. The deadline for post entries is Midnight 28th May 2021. Entries after this date will not be counted.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the initiative and these terms and conditions. Entrants will be
    notified of any changes to the initiative as soon as possible.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected
    with this competition.
12. The promoter is not responsible for the installation of the product
13. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and
    we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
14. The winners will be chosen at random. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winners will be notified via the IG message the following day at 5pm, the winner cannot be contacted or does not
    claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick
    a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will organise the delivery of the prize to the specified addresses as provided by the winner. The promoter
    will not be responsible for inaccuracies in the specified address provided by the winner.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will
    be entered into.
18. No personal data will be retained as a result of this promotion
19. This initiative is in no way affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any other third-party channels in which the initiative
    is being promoted on.
20. By entering this initiative an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
21. To the extent permitted by Law, Haier is not responsible for (i) any liability arising from a cancellation, or delay of,
    or change to, the prize beyond Haier’s control. or (ii) for any act or default of any third party supplier, or (iii) for any
    injury sustained as a result of the prize, save to the extent of death or personal injury due to the negligence of Haier.
