The HTC One has been a big success for the failing Taiwanese firm and we are now starting to see the company flesh out their range of smartphones, with the HTC Butterfly S and the still unannounced HTC One Mini.
While the UK and US is unlikely to see the new HTC Butterfly S, we should see a similar smartphone with a different name from HTC appear before too long. The Butterfly range has been an Asian only model for a while.
The HTC Butterfly S will come with a 5-inch LCD 1080p display and inside sits a 1.9GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
We will get the same 4 Ultrapixel camera and Sense 5 will come as well, with all the software features like BlinkFeed and Zoe. We believe this is a good continuation and HTC will continue to work on improvements.
Overall it seems like a decent smartphone, we believe it will be made out of plastic, rather than the high-class metal found on the HTC One, to bring down the price a little.
