Mac OSX Mountain Lion is now live and the new edition, out today, is just £13.99. This means a pre-VAT cost of £11.65 which is less than the US price of $19.99.
OS X Mountain Lion makes it easier to share material to social networks and also introduces a notification panel similar to that found on many smartphones.
OS X Mountain Lion brings a number of new features and enhancements to the Mac, including
- iCloud integration with support for Notes and Reminders,
- iMessage support via the new Messages application,
- Notification Center,
- Power Nap updating during sleep,
- Dictation,
- enhanced sharing tools,
- Game Center,
- improved security with Gatekeeper, and more.
