I received an email one afternoon from a good friend of GadgetsBoy from Solowheel UK telling me to try out the Nanodots, so I asked as anyone would, what are they?
Nanodots are tiny micro magnets that stick together due to their high, very high magnetism. Â They come presented in a nice tube and are available in different colours namely the Original, Black, Silver and Gold; they are washable and can be joined together to make shapes or even use as a bracelet they are that strong.
The shape that comes in the Tube is very intriguing and I struggled to make that shape back, mainly because opening the package I thought they look easy enough to rebuild but no, they are not easy to just build anything; it is worth getting more than one Tube in variety of colours so your full creativity can be used.
Example of what can be made with Nanodots
I followed the quick start guide in the tube and figured out how to make simple shapes but when you explore Google for examples that is when I realized a whole new community of people who have made some insane sculptures that is unbelievable. Â The one I had sent to me is the origanl 125 piece but on Nanodots website the 216 piece are available which is better for bigger sculpture.
After prolonged use, the nano-magnets looks exactly the same as they did when they arrived in the tube with no peels, no corrosion after washing it off.  Please keep out of the reach of children and your data/USB sticks as magnets and data stuff do not mix.  Overall, they are awesome to play with and have now become gadgets I take with me everywhere.
Check nanodots today, you can buy from $39.99 for the original ones.
