If you don’t want to spend at least £500 on the new iPhone 4S well other option is to sign up for a 24 months agreement with Three, the UK carrier who is known for competitive prices, remains very competitive and with the roll out of their HSPA+ connection, it means it will remain the best option if you want to complete the internet speeds experience.
The iPhone 4S features HSPA+ connectivity and Three UK has already began rolling out its HSPA+ network, HSPA+ can deliver speeds of up to 21Mbps speeds depending on location, which is faster than most people’s home broadband connections and cheaper.

Three’s The One Plan has always been the best option for me as it offers all you can eat data, which means I can use the HSPA+ for tethering at high speeds, I just need to find the best Starbucks in town for best connection speeds.
