Tech news stories never stop, and it’s our duty to bring you continuous tech coverage throughout the week. With that said, we’ve seen a lot of headlines these past few days from brands like MSI, Samsung, and Spotify, to name a few. So before the weekend hits, here’s a recap of some big announcements from some of the biggest hardware and software companies on the planet.

Spotify goes All-in with Podcast Content

Spotify recently announced some incoming changes during its recent Now Playing event held in Los Angeles, a good chunk of which revolved around the platform’s efforts towards the continued expansion of podcast content. Starting in January, Spotify Premium subscribers in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada will be able to tune into their favourite podcasts without dynamic ads getting in the way, and the platform’s new Partner Program will give eligible creators access to an improved monetization system, which comes via “Premium Video Revenue” and ad revenue.

Meet the Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 Earbuds

MSI adds that it measures 16.99mm thick and weighs only 990 grams, comes with MIL-STD-810H/G certification, and packs a 13.3-inch OLED display with a sharp 2K resolution.

Jaguar’s Now testing its New Prototype Car

Last but definitely no the least is Jaguar, who recently unveiled that it was testing prototype vehicles under its “Reimagine” strategy, as part of a bigger global testing and development programme. This includes discreetly-disguised prototypes of an all-electric Jaguar model, which has since completed thousands of miles of virtual and physical testing. Jaguar says that this will soon be deployed at test sites and public roads around the world.
